Who we are
Kevin Yuen
Founder & Principal Strategist
Kevin Yuen is an innovation strategist and venture builder with over a decade of experience translating breakthrough science, emerging technologies, and bold ideas into commercial opportunities.
Previously, Kevin held leadership roles at Modern Meadow and FL79 Inc., a Flagship Pioneering venture, and advised global corporations on disruptive innovation and growth strategy at Innosight. As a Future of Food Fellow at IDEO CoLab, he explored the intersection of human-centered design, emerging technologies, and food systems innovation.
Today, Kevin leads Peppercorn Innovation and serves as an Innovator-in-Residence at Tufts University's Food & Nutrition Innovation Institute, bringing together strategic foresight, human-centered design, and hands-on venture building to help organizations build what's next.
